16 X 16 WELCOMES YOU

Here at 16 X 16, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Since our founding in 2019, we have been determined to make an impact. Facing many life challenges, being knocked to the ground, and fighting everyday, Lee Perreira's daily growth, love, and determination to make the world a better a place is how 16 x16 was born. Using his platform as an endurance athlete to raise money for carefully selected charities. Running      16 marathons in 16 days. In year 1 Lee Perreira ran from Phoenix AZ, to Burbank CA. In year 2 Lee Perreira ran 16 marathons in 16 days in 16 different Arizona cities. And in year 3, in 2021  ..... he did it again.. 16 marathons in 16 days in 16 Arizona Cities 2021 in the middle of the scorching Arizona Summer from August 1st, 2021 - August 16th, 2021. In In 2022 he pivoted to a new challenge of 100 miles in 24 hours while still in the heat of the Arizona summer in June. And last year in 2023 he added 4 Mountains to his 100 mile challenge!

Since 2019, Lee Perreira has ran over 1000 miles for Charity and raised over $100,000 for the Foundations he has run for!! Every penny raised, every penny given.

16 x 16  is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which supports our community in a variety of ways. The mission of 16 x 16 is to assist children and families, help people in need, and improve the quality of life in our community, while inspiring others! 

Through a number of individual contributions, fundraising events, business sponsorships, ticket sales,  donations, and more, we raise money for local charities in need. 

16 x 16 works closely with, and provide funding to many organizations to achieve our goals for the betterment of our community.
